I am reading a book called Amish Grace. It describes the Nickel Mines School shooting, the events that followed, and investigates the forgiveness shown by the Amish community. In the book an Amish man says, “Hate is poison that erodes the vessel which contains it.” Pause and think about this.

The focus on right theology has overshadowed the need for right orthopraxy. Many Christians today can explain passages of scripture very intelligently but few can explain how it should be lived. What good is right theology if our lives do not reflect its content?
