My grandfather is in the hospital with double pneumonia. He has emphysema also which makes it worse. I do not know if he is born again. He has been attending our church for the past year and some so he has been hearing the Word. I go to visit him tonight. Please pray for his heart to be open and for the Spirit to move through me and bless our time together.

Gpa is still recovering from the pneumonia but is home now after a long 6 days spent in the hospital. Gma got sick while gpa was in the hospital. She came down with bronchitis. Ask God to heal them back to full health and to open their hearts to His grace.

An email from the Reverend at my parent’s church...

For those of you not able to be in our worship yesterday, I want to let you know the news that I announced. My wife, Laurie, will be having surgery on Wednesday, February 21st. On Valentines Day a CAT scan found a large tumor in her brain that must be dealt with immediately.

I would ask for your prayers and share with me the trust we hold in God’s love.

I will call the church office following the surgery so Lynn will have that information.

We will not know the time of surgery until Tuesday afternoon.

Dear Friends,

Mark reported in this afternoon that Laurie had a rough night last night, but a much better morning and day.

She is eating and talking… in recovery waiting to be assigned a room.

Update on Linda, my parents' Reverend's wife: You posted this for me awhile ago, and I just wanted to let you know that the tumor was found to be benign. Thanks for the prayers!!
